We called Badgerland to do a roof inspection for us. We appreciated how honest they were, they did not push us to get a new roof just to get our business. They gave us an honest answer and realistic approach to our situation. We will definitely be working with them on our next projects!

Troy and his crew at Badgerland Property Service did a great job on our roof. Due to storm damage, the shingles, drip edges, flashing, etc. and some soffet had to be replaced. Communication was GREAT, workers were on time and everything was cleaned up upon their (same day) departure. The necessary paperwork was submitted to my insurance company in a very timely fashion and again, as I can't stress this enough, all calls / electronic messages that weren't immediately answered were returned the same day. This company was the 3rd roofing company I received a quote from but the only company that made me feel as if I was their number one customer.

We recently had our roof replaced after hail damage, and our experience with Badgerland Property Service was excellent! The crew was very professional, hardworking, and respectful of our property. The yard was cleaned up after they were finished. The new roof looks fantastic, and we will definitely use them again for upcoming projects.

These guys are awesome. I called them at the recommendation of my realtor, as we had hail right before I was putting a property up for sale. I called them the day of the storm, scheduled an evaluation for the next day with their automated service, and they came at the scheduled time and had a thorough conversation with them about the condition of my property and photos associated with this. The evaluation was free of charge and they did not try to upsell me, as thankfully, my property did not have any real damage from the hail. I will definitely be working with them in the future as needed and will be recommending them to everyone I know.

We had damage to the fascia of our house with all the wind. It was hanging down and banging against the side of the house. I called and Cole was so helpful. He sent someone out to the house within the hour. They took the broken piece down and came back the next day to replace it...ON THANKSGIVING DAY! I can't say enough about Cole. We own a farm house that has portions that date back to 1850, it had wood siding and the paint was peeling all over. It is a large drafty house and we were looking for an option to help with insulation but also to make the house look more polished. Troy and Cole went over options with us and we decided on a trifold board under new vinyl siding, wrapping all windows and doors and new soffits and facia. The crew did a great job, were pleasant, and problem solved expertly around some tricky elements. We got a few quotes and Troy and Cole's came back fair and they worked with us to include the elements we wanted, at a cost we felt comfortable with. We would use them again in a heart beat!
